HR & ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities: 

  • To liaise with the Company’s subsidiaries on all HR and administration related matters
  • Checking of staff attendance, monthly claims and medical invoices
  • Prepare monthly reports
  • Other administrative  duties

 

Requirements:

  • Possess Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 1 – 2 years’ of related working experience
  • Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel
