APPLICATION TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-house developed application testing
- Conduct specifications study on customer’s requirements
- Documentation of application software for training purpose
- Perform investigation on software issues reported
- Provide on-site and phone/email support to customers
- Attend meetings with customers
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Possess initiative with good interpersonal skill
- Fast learner and able to work independently
- No software programming experience needed
- Knowledge in Non-Life/General Insurance business process or Credit Recovery Workflow for banks/legal firms is an added advantage
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
