APPLICATION TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities: 

  • Perform in-house developed application testing
  • Conduct specifications study on customer’s requirements
  • Documentation of application software for training purpose
  • Perform investigation on software issues reported
  • Provide on-site and phone/email support to customers
  • Attend meetings with customers

 

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • Possess initiative with good interpersonal skill
  • Fast learner and able to work independently
  • No software programming experience needed
  • Knowledge in Non-Life/General Insurance business process or Credit Recovery Workflow for banks/legal firms is an added advantage
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
