Issuing Office Computerised System (IOCS) And IAgent

The Issuing Office Computerised System (IOCS) is an online linkage of agents' offices to P&O Insurance head office main computer systems.

Similarly, iAgent is also an online linkage system through a secured Inter-network (Internet) connectivity.  This secured connectivity is solely used for the agency transaction and not otherwise.

Particulars of the policyholder and vehicle are captured and automatically compared with the built-in underwriting guidelines.  Upon acceptance of risk, an Acknowledgement Slip or Policy Schedule will be automatically generated.

Both the systems provide better risk management, up to the minute monitoring of underwriting activities and accurate data mining possibilities.
