PowerAccess (An Agency Management System)

PowerAccess is developed to provide an effective on-line solution for the management of voluminous transaction in the insurance business, especially from the Motor Class. It is designed to integrate fully with POGT's general insurance system, i.e., PowerVision/INSURAN.

The objectives of PowerAccess can be classified into two main areas, namely :-

(a) to provide insurer with an effective and timely control mechanism over agents in complying with underwriting guidelines when issuing Cover Notes and ensuring prompt submission of premium upon issuance of Cover Notes, and 

(b) to equip agents with a powerful tool to provide better services to insured/prospect; to have closer monitoring of their own premium income and to project a more professional image to the general public.

InfoVision - Data Warehousing Solution

Rapid changes in the marketplace are forcing executives to make vital, strategic decisions - decisions that rely upon key pieces of data about their business. Too often, the required data is either inaccessible, locked in operational systems or external databases, or takes too long to extract and analyse.

In order to leverage data for analysis and decision-making, it must first be extracted from its Relational Database source so that it can be transformed into useful information.
