CHAN HUA ENG is the Chairman of the Board. Formerly a senior partner in a large legal firm in Kuala Lumpur, part-time Judicial Commissioner and Chairman of both the Bar Council and Sabah Inquiry Commission. Mr Chan now sits on the Boards of several public listed companies.
CHAN THYE SENG is the Chief Executive Officer of Pacific & Orient Berhad. Trained as a lawyer, he practised for more than 13 years after being called to the Malaysian Bar in 1982.
MICHAEL YEE KIM SHING has spent 25 years in the accounting profession, including five years as a senior partner in the Malaysian practice of a large international firm. Mr Yee sits on the Boards of a number of public listed companies.
Y.M. TUNKU DATO' MU'TAMIR TUNKU TAN SRI MOHAMED is a prominent member of the business community. Besides being a director of a number of companies, he is also a member of the Dewan Perniagaan Melayu Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur, Chairman of the Malaysian New Zealand Business Council (MNZBC) and Executive Director of an investment company.
DATO' HANIFAH NOORDIN holds the post of past President of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants as well as directorships in a number of companies. He is a past Chairman of a Malaysian practice of a large international accounting firm.
